Lets talk about these special people I call my team! Just 3 weeks ago we had no idea who each other were or what we looked like in person— we were all complete strangers. Everyone from different places & NOW this is we are basically family! crazy how the Lord works! These are the people that I get to do life with for the next six months. They're the first faces I see when I wake up to the last faces I see before I shut my eyes to sleep. WHAT AN HONOR HONESTLY — because every single one of these humans are beyond awesome in their own way! 

So I introduce to you… TEAM OVERFLOW! 

THE GUYS— 

SAM! Our fearless leader— Sam is a literal fire cracker for the Lord! I have never met anyone more on fire for the Lord than this guy right here! + He’s hilarious! Ask anyone on our team & we literally have nothing but good things to say about him. He is twenty-one, so the oldest on our team, & from Tennessee! + fun fact!! Sam has been on the race before! Which is why he is our team leader!

NATHAN!— 1 out of the 3 of us Texans on team overflow. He is like our brother! Ya know that sibling that everyone just picks on? That’s Nathan! We give him the hardest time on just about everything he does, which is so funny but its all out of love! & he takes it like a champ + Nathan has some killer knowledge of the Bible & theology. Its super impressive! & at church last week he shared His testimony & touched so many hearts! God is moving! 

 THE LADIES! 

learning how to love on each other! From Georgia to Costa Rica! 

SWEET, SWEET PIPER!— aka, PIP! also from the great state of TX. I could literally write a novel on how sweet, caring, & confident this girl is! Fun fact about Piper... I actually met her before the race! We live about an hour away from each other & she quickly became one of my “go-to” gals! I seriously couldn’t have packed my bags without her help! I could have forgotten so much, It would’ve been a disaster. 

OUR GEORGIA GIRL! ELLA! — In my opinion, one of the coolest people! She carries such a cool girl vibe from head to toe, but also so quirky in the best way! + she can sing & play the guitar which makes her 10x cooler, lol! The first thing I noticed about Ella is that she is not afraid to voice her opinion & is so confident while speaking it! Like okay queen! Look at you bettering yourself! 

THEN, ME (DEVIN) — the most beautiful person in the world. the end. LOL NO. I’m absolutely KIDDING. I am just so dang grateful to come & get to be apart of the team that is so welcoming to everyone. We have already gotten to pour into each other so much & I can’t wait to do it for 5 more months!  + we are all super funny people so there is never a dull moment!
